LBS Partners – General Manager
Dan joined LBSPartners in 2008 as General Manager responsible for the overall running of the LBS operational activity. Coupled with his General Managers duties, Dan works with clients on implementing their Lean Programme. He specialises on Lean Programme Design, Strategy Deployment (Hoshin), and leadership development. He is also a functional expert in Supply Chain Management.
Dell – Director, Supply Chain
Joining Dell in 1991, Dan held various roles within the Supply Chain Function, based in their Limerick Manufacturing Facility during his 17 year tenure. Ranging from managing a team of Buyer/Planners, warehouses managers, inventory control specialists, customer care supervisors to supporting a Global Supply Chain improvement team. During his final 10 year period, he had the role of Director of Procurement, and later Director of Demand Planning.
Dan started his career in 1987 with Wang Computers based in Limerick working as a Buyer/Planner.

- Director of Procurement in Dell’s Limerick Manufacturing Facility, with responsibility for the material spend in support of Dells EMEA business.
- Director of Demand Planning in Dell’s Limerick Manufacturing Facility, with MSP responsibility for EMEA manufacturing sites, including the New Poland facility.
