Enda Colleran – Operational Excellence

Enda is a Partner at LBS Partners and a consistently high-achieving Transformational Change agent and Operations Leader. He is an Operational Excellence Practitioner and Coach with extensive senior leadership experience in strategic planning, PMO, and manufacturing operations across the Bio-Medical and Electronics industries.

Enda is an expert in leading large-scale, matrixed teams internationally to deliver real change and growth. Throughout his career, he has specialised in establishing holistic operational excellence systems and fostering high-performance cultures through engagement and mutual respect.

Enda joined LBS Partners following a distinguished career in leading multinational organizations. He spent over 12 years with Dell Inc., where he managed EMEA Consumer Retail Operations and led various Supply Chain re-engineering programs. He subsequently spent 14 years with Boston Scientific in several global leadership roles, including Director of the APAC Project Management Office in Singapore and Production Unit Manager in Galway, where he held responsibility for over 850 people and enabling $1.45Bn in revenue.
