This course is ideal for new and mid-level managers or those preparing for a management role. This course builds the skills you need to lead people and drive change with confidence.

You’ll learn how to set strategic expectations, give impactful feedback, manage team performance, and support others through change.

The course blends practical tools with real-world management challenges. This will help you lead with empathy, clarity, and accountability.

DELIVERY

The course is delivered over two full days in person or four half-days online. It blends short presentations, group discussions, real-world case studies, and practical activities to create an engaging learning experience.

Led by experienced trainers, the sessions encourage reflection, peer learning, and real-time application. You’ll gain insight into your own management style and learn how to adapt your approach to different situations including organisational change. By the end, you’ll leave with practical tools and strategies you can use right away.
