DELIVERY
The course is delivered over two full days in person or four half-days online. It blends short presentations, group discussions, real-world case studies, and practical activities to create an engaging learning experience.
Led by experienced trainers, the sessions encourage reflection, peer learning, and real-time application. You’ll gain insight into your own management style and learn how to adapt your approach to different situations including organisational change.
