Dan Hinchy - Business Support Administrator

Daniel joined LBSPartners in 2022 as Business Support Administrator and is responsible for maintaining our sales and operations interface. Daniel is key to the role of end-to-end training administration processes, to ensure a seamless flow of information between trainers, academic institutions, and our systems.

Daniel works closely with our Business Planner to maintain our existing cloud-based systems and work on the implementation of our Learning Management System. Daniel manages the day-to-day Training Administration process to ensure our students get a world-class training experience.

Daniel provides support to our trainers and consultants on how to leverage all our online tools while coordinating our internal CPD resources and tracking.


Areas of Expertise

  • Daniel began his career working in the retail sector before moving to the manufacturing sector with Banta Global Turnkey.
  • Daniel has over eight years of experience in the motor industry where he trained as an Automotive Technician with BMW. He also worked in the aftersales department with Ford where he was responsible for customer service, warranty administration, accounts and workshop management.
