Dan Hinchy - Business Support Administrator

Daniel joined LBSPartners in 2022 as Business Support Administrator and is responsible for maintaining our sales and operations interface. Daniel is key to the role of end-to-end training administration processes, to ensure a seamless flow of information between trainers, academic institutions, and our systems.

Daniel works closely with our Business Planner to maintain our existing cloud-based systems and work on the implementation of our Learning Management System. Daniel manages the day-to-day Training Administration process to ensure our students get a world-class training experience.

Daniel provides support to our trainers and consultants on how to leverage all our online tools while coordinating our internal CPD resources and tracking.


Areas of Expertise

  • Daniel began his career working in the retail sector before moving to the manufacturing sector with Banta Global Turnkey.
  • Daniel has over 8 years of experience in the motor industry where he trained as an Automotive Technician with BMW.
  • He also worked in the aftersales department with Ford where he was responsible for customer service, warranty administration, accounts, and workshop management.

  • BSC in Technology Management, University of Limerick
