Over time, we have trained over 260 Yellow Belts and 85 Green Belts which has enabled us to build a strong continuous improvement community within Telus Ireland.

They are guided on this journey with the support of trainers and mentors from LBS Partners, who collaborate with our internal L&D team to ensure the experience is practically seamless LBS has been a great partner over the years, learning constantly about our organisation so they can tailor training content to our specific industry needs and align with our strategic imperatives.

We use the A3s to show our competitive advantage over other partner sites. We use them not only to better our own metric scores, but also to improve the client’s product and workflows, to improve user experience across the board. We deliver A3 level projects in our Weekly Business Reviews with the client regularly
