DELIVERY
The course runs over two full days on-site or 4 half-days online. The training includes short presentations, group discussions, real-life case studies, and hands-on activities.
The sessions are led by experienced trainers who understand the day-to-day challenges of leadership. Participants are encouraged to share ideas, reflect on their experiences, and learn from others. Whether in person or online, the course is designed to keep people engaged.
