The Small Strategic Consultancy grant from Enterprise Ireland is designed for Irish-owned businesses (SMEs and HPSUs) operating in key sectors (manufacturing or internationally traded services), employing 10 or more full-time staff.

This crucial support provides funding for up to 80% of the cost of external advisory services, up to a maximum grant of €5,000. The strategic goal is to equip companies with the tools and planning required to tackle specific strategic or tactical challenges in key business functions, such as Organisation Development and Financial Business Planning. This targeted initiative allows companies to swiftly secure the high-level expertise needed to adapt to change and unearth new opportunities for growth.
