Training Funding Support Overview
Depending on your company size, you may be eligible for 30% to 70% funding for our strategic training projects.
This training support grant is designed to facilitate a large-scale, extensive, and holistic programme focusing on developing the capability and capacity of your employees.
The objective is to support an Organisational Innovation programme focused on:

LBS Partners Training Outline
LBS Partners’ practical, results-driven training courses directly address the required components of the Training Funding Support. Depending on your current lean maturity level and training need, our programme will include some, or all, of the following elements
Operational Excellence Training

Green & Black Belt Certification Training
Specialised external courses are critical for building in-house expertise.

Courses: Our Lean Green Belt Training and Lean Black Belt Training (UL certification available) provide expert-level accreditation in Lean, Operations, and continuous improvement, fully supporting the project goals.
Sustainability Training
We can provide training related to decarbonisation, environmental management systems, or other relevant training around sustainability or climate change resilience for the company.
