OVERVIEW

The Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training course introduces:

  • The fundamentals of process improvement
  • Lean principles, and
  • Six Sigma methodologies.

It comprises

  • DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control),
  • waste reduction, and
  • data-driven decision-making.

Learners gain skills to support Green/Black Belt projects and contribute to improving efficiency within their companies.

DELIVERY

Our Six Sigma Yellow Belt Training is available both on-site and online, spanning:

  • 4 half-days on-site or
  • 8 half-days online.

This flexible format ensures you can fit the training into your schedule with ease.

The course has interactive workshops, projects, and guidance from experienced professionals. This makes sure you get the most out of the course and learn things you can actually use in your job.

OUTCOMES

Completing a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt will equip individuals with skills to:

TRAINING

A Lean Yellow Belt equips individuals with foundational skills to identify waste, improve processes, and support improvement projects via structured problem-solving. It boosts efficiency, enhances teamwork, and promotes a culture of continuous improvement in organisations.

As part of the course, learners complete an in-company project, employing the Lean methods taught on the course to fix a problem that directly affects them.

MENTORING

Participants on the Yellow Belt course are assigned a mentor to assist them with their understanding of the course and the implementation of their project. Four hours of mentoring are provided as part of the course.

Mentoring enhances learning by providing personalised guidance, real-world insights, and support in applying Lean principles.
