Green Belt Training.
8 x half-day Mentoring Sessions.
Meeting with key managers in the company to scope out the proposed. assignment and establish a Project Charter.
Preparing project business cases, involving finance.
Delivering the assignment with regular coaching on progress.
Completing the assignment with a team presentation to the management team.
