Maurice O’Brien - Lean Consultant
As a highly experienced Lean practitioner, Maurice has effectively implemented business improvement projects including productivity/process improvement, layout re-design and 6S/workplace organisation, delivering impressive results for clients at every turn. His diverse industry experience spans aerospace, food and beverages, injection moulding, medical and reverse logistics (RLO).
Maurice previously held the role of Project Manager, during which time he successfully managed hardware and software installations for customers such as Dell, IBM, Braun, Novartis, Stryker and Serosep.

- Designed and Developed content for print and digital media for LBS training courses.
