Warmest welcome to our new hires!

We are delighted to announce that three exceptionally talented individuals have joined our team, adding their experience and expertise to our vibrant and growing team.

Ighni Kindallon (pronounced eye-knee) joins us as an Operational Excellence Lead Consultant to meet the growing demand from our clients for digital transformation. More than ever before organisations are striving to meet the future internal and external challenges and to adopt smarter and more technologically advanced operational processes.

Before joining LBS, Ighni was Global Director of LEAN Business Process with Medtronic where he developed, designed and implemented Global OpEx Operating System within Global IT, focussed primarily on delivering customer quality. Ighni is based in the North East of the country.

Ben was responsible for supporting the regional deployment of ADI HR processes throughout ADI.

Ben will support our transformation teams to fuse the development of people and leadership teams with capability development to deliver lasting and sustainable change.

Ronan Moriarty joins LBS from Resource Kraft as Energy Consultant with the responsibility to work with our clients to reduce their carbon footprint by designing, implementing, and maintaining Energy Management Systems (EMS). Ronan holds a BSc in Energy Management from UL.

Ronan works with clients to establish a base case of their energy usage across their organisation and to implement innovative and digital solutions that will reduce present and future energy bills. Ronan is experienced in implementing software solutions that make visible the underlying energy usage, providing data to measure the cost of energy consumption.

Commenting on the new appointments Gene Leonard CEO of LBSPartners noted:
